Your website is truth inspiring for others and it will save people thousands of dollars from these hoodwinking, ripoff con artists. I just received my computer over 1-1/2 weeks ago intending to surf the web to research the backgrounds of the Trinity Broadcasting Network mob such as Creflo Dollar, T.D. Jakes, Paula White, Kenneth Copeland, Marilyn Hickey, Joyce Meyer, Rod Parsley, John Hagee and Jentezen Franklin. What was I thinking? I have read scripture and received the truth of salvation, but what made me go to the extreme right and get sucked in by these relentless charlatans? It started out with one person, Morris Cerullo, which I was a monthly partner. I attended his crusade when he came to my city four years ago. I have also purchased 5 of his books and saved most of his magazine including book advertisments he's written (approximately 75, I'd guess) I intended on eventually purchasing them all. Thanks to people like yourself, today I took inventory and trashed every false publication.Morris and those other hucksters preach that the traditional churches are deceiving its members. True, there are a lot of dead, dry churches out there steeped in traditionalism, because a lot of members do not fully embrace the fuller revelations of truth or put it into practice within the congregation.Simply saying we did this a certain way when my grandmother or father was a member; purposely claiming seats in select pews every Sunday, or the minister witholding truth with watered down sermons so as to not offend the highest ranking patrons or tenured big wheels on church board.You just can't get results by ignoring newer generations who are desperately seeking truth and revelation in these evil and trying times. I strongly believe in fellowship activities with the brethren is a very good thing, but many members have added too many committees, adopting a country club environment, irrelevant to serving the community, the lost, sick and poor, with division and gossip in these groups becoming the mainstream. They have even gone so far as to hold Halloween parties for children right on church grounds with the pastor's full approval!I refused to attend and help out with such a party, and spoke my peace to several members on that issue. Elite board members cancelled the soup kitchen we had for over 12 years (which also distributed food and clothing) insinuating they didn't want those people in their church.So what do people like me do?They flock to these new non-denominational churches, some are good and filled with truth, no doubt, but many are are false, and head off to new false doctrine. Several messages from Morris Cerullo acknowledge the practices and hypocrisy that is fluctuating in traditional and non-denomination churches infiltrating new age or euceminical concepts. Someone like myself and my friends who have become sour over the messages we received as a former members of traditional congregations, became truth hungry rookies that received an enhacing plate of half truths embedded with lies. After reading his books several times, in the beginning of February 2005, something prompted me to compare his notes with scripture and dissect some passages, suspicion began to loom in my mind about him proclaiming prophet status.I realized there have been no prophets since Biblical times, and concluded he was exalting himself, something we are never to do as christians. After watching Rod Parsley several times on television, I received a vision of warning in my sleep about him.Morris along with Rod Parsley are convincing believers that it is scriptual for man to take the "limits off God" and have him to grant their own desires and doesn't that conflict with God's will?The spirit of deception is very real, using a false christian smokescreen to coerce God almighty and Jesus into giving you what you want instead of accepting his authority. I am thankful that you have exposed their bag of dirty tricks.God bless you.
